Sending items back to be re-made is easy
All you need to do is scan the QR code ( found on the inside of your tee / sweater / hoodie ) like the one in the picture here. Once you do that you will be brought to a simple page to enter your e mail, and you will get a return label to print out , with our manufacturers address.

Send us a photo, and we send you a voucher
Once you have taken your items to the post office, send us a photo of your receipt by e mail and we will send you a voucher for store credit as a thanks!
