Each time an order is placed, it is created on demand for that individual customer. So in general we cannot offer returns as any items shipped can't be re used by us. However we do offer other solutions for the following cases :
- In the case of a size being too big / small we can offer store credit for the value of the item. We do not cover any shipping costs incurred.
- If the item ordered is faulty we can offer a full refund, or store credit to place a new order
However we do have a favour to ask..
The whole aim of Circular Roots is to avoid unnecessary waste. We have put a lot of time into our sizing chart, which is shown on each individual product. We really encourage you to read the sizing chart well, as it accurately lets you know if an item will be the right fit for you. In general our sizing would be considered "regular fitting", but we do always advise to read the sizing chart carefully just to make sure, and avoid any chances of getting the wrong size.
Sending items back , and going circular..
This is super easy with us. On the inside woven tag ( at the bottom of our tees / sweaters / hoodies ) there is a QR code. Simply scan that and you will be brought through a very simple returns process, where you will be given our address to send items back. Whats more, it s free in the UK ( we are working on this for EU customers too so check back in on that )
